Mobile SMART Repairer

We are currently recruiting for the position of Mobile SMART Repairer on behalf of our client, an expanding mobile vehicle SMART repair business operating across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced motor trade professionals to join a dynamic team covering the Swindon and surrounding Wiltshire region. Benefits: • Up to £45,000 starting annual salary, dependent on experience • Uncapped performance-related bonus scheme with potential earning of £12,000+ annually • Fully equipped state-of-the-art company van • Business fuel allowance • Enhanced annual leave entitlement, including bank holidays • Flexible employment options: employed or self-employed contracts (discussed upon application) • Workplace pension scheme • Uniform, mobile phone, and payment card provided • Optional Saturday overtime available • Supportive work environment with professional development opportunities Duties of a Mobile SMART Repairer : • Visit dealership and retail customer locations across Swindon and the surrounding region • Carry out minor cosmetic damage repairs, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and surface scratches • Ensure repairs are completed to a high standard, aiming for first-time fix and customer satisfaction • Use supplied tools and products to carry out repairs efficiently • Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with customers and management • Demonstrate proactive and organised work approach, working independently in the field • Provide excellent customer service as the face of the company in the region Requirements of a Mobile SMART Repairer : • Previous experience as a Mobile SMART Repairer, either mobile or workshop-based, is preferred • Alternatively, relevant transferable automotive accident repair skills such as vehicle re-spraying and panel prepping • Valid UK driving licence • Basic toolkit preferred, although most tools will be provided • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively This role presents a fantastic chance to join a progressive company committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
