Mortgage Administrator
London | Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 days from home)
Up to £32,000 Basic Salary DOE + Quarterly Bonus
Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator looking to join a highly successful, customer focused mortgage brokerage with an outstanding reputation in the market?
This is an opportunity to join a growing team supporting experienced Mortgage Advisers who work with clients from some of the UK's leading corporate organisations. You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer journey from initial application through to completion, ensuring clients receive a first class experience every step of the way.
The Role
Working closely with a team of Mortgage Advisers, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support across the full mortgage process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
• Processing and tracking cases across multiple lenders
• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and insurers
• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
• Chasing outstanding requirements and progressing applications efficiently
• Checking mortgage offers and lender correspondence
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
• Supporting advisers with diary management and general administration tasks

About You
To be considered, you'll need to have:
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator
• Used to dealing with a high volume of cases at any given time
• Strong understanding of the mortgage application process
• Experience dealing with lenders, solicitors and clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast paced environment
