We're recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor to join a highly successful and fast-paced team in the Leigh-on-Sea area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a consistent flow of high-quality remortgage leads, including existing clients and online enquiries, within a supportive and structured environment. This role would suit a driven and fully qualified Mortgage Advisor who is confident handling a high-volume pipeline, delivering excellent customer service, and maximising both mortgage and protection opportunities. The Role As a Mortgage Advisor, you will: • Manage and service an allocated portfolio of existing clients • Handle approximately 15–20 mortgage renewals per month (clients approaching maturity) • Contact clients, complete fact-finds, and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice • Work remortgage and inbound leads, including Google Ads enquiries and overflow cases • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline progression • Liaise closely with case managers and internal teams to ensure smooth completions • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the advice process Mortgage Advisor Requirements: • Fully CeMAP qualified • Proven ability to work in a target-driven, sales-focused environment • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage appointments, fact-finds, and case progression effectively • Motivated, proactive, and commercially aware approach • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What's on Offer? • £30,000 basic salary • 10% commission on existing client mortgage business • 20% commission on protection business • £60,000+ realistic OTE • High-quality, consistent lead source • Full-time position • Hybrid working • Supportive and structured team environment Apply Today!
