We're recruiting for a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor to join a highly successful and fast-paced team in the Leigh-on-Sea area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a hybrid basis with consistent remortgage leads provided, supporting a steady pipeline of clients and high earning potential. This role would suit an experienced individual who is confident working autonomously, managing a high-volume caseload, and maximising both mortgage and protection opportunities. The Role As a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor, you will: • Manage and service an allocated portfolio of existing clients • Handle approximately 15–20 mortgage renewals per month (clients approaching maturity) • Contact clients, complete fact-finds, and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice • Work remortgage and inbound leads, including Google Ads and overflow enquiries • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline progression • Liaise closely with case managers and internal teams to ensure smooth completions • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the full advice process Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor Requirements: • Fully CeMAP qualified • Proven ability to work in a target-driven, sales-focused environment • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage appointments, fact-finds, and case progression effectively • Self-motivated, disciplined, and commercially driven approach • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What's on Offer? • 30% commission on existing client mortgage business • 20% commission on protection business • £60,000+ realistic OTE • Consistent, high-quality remortgage lead source • Hybrid working arrangement • Self-employed earning model with high income potential • Established and supportive back-office structure Apply Today!
