We're recruiting for a Mortgage Paraplanner to join an established independent mortgage brokerage in the Hertford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who is keen to develop their knowledge of the mortgage and property market within a supportive and professional environment. The Role As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will: • Speak with clients and support them throughout the mortgage process • Advise on product transfer rates and suitable options • Complete mortgage applications accurately and efficiently • Liaise closely with Mortgage Advisors to progress cases • Update client records and maintain accurate documentation • Prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are consistently met • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout Mortgage Paraplanner Requirements • Keen interest in mortgages and the property market • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of mortgages/property market (advantageous but not essential) • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach What's on Offer? • £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays • Pension scheme • Free parking • Office-based role within a supportive brokerage environment Working Hours • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm • Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm Apply Today!
