Mortgage Paraplanner London Are you an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner ready to join a high-performing, supportive team where your expertise is valued and your career progression is taken seriously? We’re partnering with an established financial services business to recruit an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner for its established and personable team. You’ll support accomplished Mortgage Advisers with residential mortgage and protection cases, including complex requirements for high-net-worth clients. The Role • Prepare client meetings, illustrations, fact-finds, suitability letters and supporting documents • Submit mortgage applications, liaise with lenders and track cases through to completion • Review client documentation and maintain accurate CRM and case records • Ensure cases meet compliance, AML and regulatory requirements • Keep clients and advisers updated throughout the application process • Work closely with administration and compliance teams to deliver a smooth client journey • Identify appropriate referral opportunities across protection and insurance services What we’re looking for? • Previous mortgage or protection administration experience • Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping • Confident communication and a client-focused approach • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office • A collaborative approach and the ability to perform well in a busy environment • Adviser support, mortgage compliance, AML or high-net-worth client experience would be advantageous What’s on offer? • Salary up to £35,000 plus a discretionary bonus. • Hybrid working. • Competitive holiday allowance with additional office closure days during the festive period. • Access to private healthcare support and wellbeing services. • Company pension scheme and a range of employee benefits. • Structured training, ongoing development and clear internal progression pathways • Company socials.
