MOT Tester Steventon, Oxfordshire £33,000 - £36,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent Rapier Employment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run automotive business in Steventon, Oxfordshire, for an experienced MOT Tester to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified MOT Tester looking to join a friendly and professional garage that values quality workmanship, customer service, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities • Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards. • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any faults or repairs required. • Complete MOT documentation accurately and efficiently. • Assist with light vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work when required. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high workshop standards. Requirements • Level 2 Award in MOT Testing (essential). • Level 3 qualification in Automotive Repair or equivalent hands-on experience. • Full UK driving licence. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break). • Alternate Saturday mornings required, with time off in lieu during the week. • Part-time or flexible working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
