Motor Claims Administrator to c£28,000 tbc + bonus Bolton (hybrid) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Motor Claims Administrator to join a market-leading organisation within the insurance sector. Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will provide administrative and technical support to Claims Handlers, Investigators and Managers, ensuring claims are proactively managed through to completion. The successful candidate will have previous motor claims experience, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional service to clients and customers. Responsibilities • Providing administrative and technical support to Claims Handlers, Investigators and Managers • Acting as the first point of contact for client and customer enquiries via telephone and email • Taking ownership of customer queries and ensuring they are resolved through to conclusion • Supporting the proactive management of motor claims from notification through to settlement • Ensuring all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved • Maintaining accurate claim records using internal systems • Liaising with clients and internal departments to ensure the efficient progression of claims • Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage of the claims process • Promoting Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and always maintaining compliance Requirements • Previous experience within motor claims or insurance claims administration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new IT systems Benefits • Performance-related bonus • Enhanced contributory pension • Enhanced family leave • Flexible benefits package • Electric car scheme • Birthday holiday • Voluntary benefits schemes • Share purchase scheme with interest-free loans • 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday only
