Do you want to step off the tools into a Monday-Friday, day-based role where you'll use your industry experience to develop the next generation of vehicle technicians? In this role, you'll work with learners at different stages of their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they receive the right coaching, support, and technical guidance to progress confidently into industry-ready roles. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 3 or IMI level 3 and want to move into a trainer role. The Role *Delivering training and support to apprentices at various stages (T1, T2, T3) *Full training and development provided *Teaching motor vehicle principles, diagnostics, and industry best practice *Helping learners become confident, competent, and work-ready technicians The Person *NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Motor Vehicle *Strong background as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician *Passion for developing people and sharing knowledge *Able to commute to Middleton (up to 1 hour travel) Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
