Technical Trainer (Vehicles) £41,000 - £49,000 including Car Allowance + Training Qualifications + Pay Progression + Hybrid + Company Benefits Milton Keynes Are you a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician or similar, looking to take a step away from hands on work, get involved with training the next generation of technicians for one of the largest international automotive learning and development companies based in the UK, where you will receive comprehensive training and support to directly impact future technicians? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an expanding training and development provider, who have been established since 1997, they are renowned for their excellent company benefits, investment in their staff and their quality training programmes. This varied role will see you involved in the daily delivery of technical training in vehicle maintenance, adhering to curriculum guidelines and creating a secure training setting both online and in the workshop. You will also contribute to course enhancement, trainee assessments and incorporating the latest technologies to aid the teaching process. You will receive full training and qualification investment to enable you to fulfil the role. This role would suit a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician or similar, looking to get off the tools, gain instructor qualifications and directly impact the next generation of dealership technicians.
