Job Description - Multilingual Parts Advisor (Sales) Are you a successful Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge? This is an opportunity to be part of the fastest growing specialist in Europe. • The company serves a global customer base, including many clients from Dutch and German speaking regions. • Multilingual skills enable the advisor to communicate effectively with a wider range of customers, improving customer satisfaction and expanding the company's market reach. Handling inquiries, sales, and after-sales support in the customer's native language builds trust and rapport, which is crucial for relationship-based sales • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:30 • Experience: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is essential. • Languages: Dutch or German Responsibilities • Multilingual: English with Dutch or German • Ordering, reserving parts, invoicing, and payments • Handling general after-sales questions and working in a team with the service department • Making estimates when necessary • Achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts • Answering all customer questions by phone, email, and face-to-face • Assisting in checking parts inventory • Maintaining contact with workshops, service advisors, and customers • Occasionally reaching out to customers to offer special promotions • Telesales is central to the position: cold acquisition, building relationships, and an entrepreneurial attitude. Making outbound calls is essential for this role. The Ideal Parts Advisor • Multilingual: English with either and/or fluent Dutch or German (ESSENTIAL) • Experience in the automotive sector is required • Works with colleagues to achieve higher profits and sales • Committed to building excellent customer relationships and exceeding customer expectations • Friendly but professional attitude, with integrity, discretion, and objectivity • Can demonstrate experience in a parts department • Strong technical understanding of motor vehicle operation and a willingness to keep technical knowledge up to date • Good phone voice • Great organisational skills • Full, valid, and clean driver's license • Willingness to attend car shows or travel for business to meet clients • Enjoys building long-standing relationships Experience • Parts sales: 1 year (preferred) • Sales: 1 year (required) For more details, please contact Michelle Ings,
