About our client Our client is an established property maintenance business delivering repairs and services across residential properties across London. They work with a skilled team of engineers to keep their portfolio running smoothly. The role You'll deliver high-quality carpentry and joinery works as your primary trade, alongside multi-skilled tasks to support first-time fixes. You'll manage your own workload with autonomy, work safely across residential properties, and be part of a collaborative team of engineers and contractors. What you'll be doing • Deliver carpentry and joinery works to a high standard across residential properties • Carry out multi-skilled tasks to support first-time fixes and minimise repeat visits • Assess risks prior to work and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines • Record work information accurately and follow agreed procedures • Maintain excellent customer service at every visit • Work independently and manage your own time efficiently Skills and experience Essential • Demonstrated competence in carpentry and joinery as your primary trade • Experience working across multi-skilled maintenance tasks • Full UK driving licence • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload • Professional, customer-facing approach to residential work Desirable • Experience in property maintenance or responsive repairs environments • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent trade qualification Why join them Competitive rates on a contract basis, company van provided, and consistent work guaranteed across a solid residential portfolio.
