Multi Trader (Social Housing)St Neots, Cambridgeshire (PE19 Area) £20.00 - £21.00 per Hour Immediate Start Are you an experienced Multi Trader looking for your next contract within the social housing and property maintenance sector?We are currently recruiting for a skilled Multi Trader to join a busy maintenance team working across residential properties in and around the St Neots area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience carrying out repairs, snagging and maintenance works within occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities • Carrying out general property snagging works • Basic carpentry and plastering repairs • Minor maintenance and refurbishment tasks • Delivering and transferring kitchen fitting materials between properties • Assisting with small offloads of materials • Supporting planned maintenance and property improvement projects • Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard Requirements • Proven experience as a Multi Trader, Maintenance Operative or Multi-Skilled Operative • Previous experience in social housing, housing maintenance or property services • Competent in basic carpentry and plastering • Full UK Driving Licence essential • Own vehicle required • Own hand tools required • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively If you're a reliable Multi Trader with social housing experience and available to start immediately, we'd like to hear from you.Apply today or contact Lewis at Hays for more information and immediate consideration.
