A successful and inclusive secondary school in South East London is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join its creative Arts faculty from September 2026 on a short-term sickness cover basis through to November 2026.
Situated in a vibrant riverside area with excellent transport links to Central London, the school serves a diverse and ambitious community and has a strong reputation for creativity, inclusion and high-quality teaching.
The Role
• Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that foster creativity and musical excellence.
• Encourage participation in practical music-making and performance opportunities.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive department.
• Maintain high standards of achievement, behaviour and student engagement.

The Ideal Candidate
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a teaching qualification recognised by UK NARIC.
• Has experience teaching Music within a secondary school setting.
• Can inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and subject knowledge.
• Available to start in September 2026.
