NEC Applications Change Specialist (NEC Housing Management) Remote - with a requirement to attend the London office approximately twice per month Up to £66,000 Would you like to join Hyde as an NEC Housing System Specialist? As an NEC Applications Change Specialist at Hyde you will work with our Business Systems Team to Provide expert technical knowledge in the development of NEC Housing Management. Responsibilities • Provide expert housing management application technical knowledge to facilitate change. • Develop and implement changes to Hyde’s housing management application as per specification and requirements. • Facilitate the implementation of the appropriate technical solutions to meet organizational objectives. • Provide specialist consultancy to all stakeholders, both internal and external. • Application upgrades and the implementation of new functionality. • The identification and implementation of process/technical improvements. • Provide help, advice and assistance with the delivery of support and training services.
