New Homes Manager

Job DescriptionConnells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an experienced estate agency professional to join our team as a New Homes Manager, covering Darlington and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an established estate agency professional who is ready to take their experience into a more strategic, commercially focused role. You’ll use your knowledge of valuations, winning business and building relationships to develop partnerships with developers, housebuilders and our branch network, helping drive the growth of our New Homes business. Your Role: As New Homes Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building strong developer relationships and supporting the delivery of successful new homes strategies across the region.
