Caravan Labourer - Night Shift (HU7)£14.21 per hour | Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm-3:45am We're currently recruiting for a Night-Shift Caravan Labourer to join a busy and well-established manufacturing team based in the HU7 area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and has previous labouring experience. You'll be working in a fast-paced production environment supporting the construction of high-quality caravans. Shift & Pay • Monday - Thursday:5:30pm - 3:45am • Pay:£14.21 per hour • *Long weekend every week - Friday off Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Night-Shift Caravan Labourer, you will be responsible for: • Assisting with the construction and assembly of caravan components • Manually handling panels, fixtures, and materials • Using hand and power tools to support fitting and installation tasks • Supporting skilled trades such as joiners, plumbers, and electricians • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment • Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the production area • Following instructions from team leaders and working efficiently to deadlines • Carrying out basic quality checks to maintain high manufacturing standards Requirements • Previous labouring experience - essential • Experience within the caravan or modular-build industry - desirable • Ability to work night shifts • Strong work ethic and reliability • Willingness to learn new tasks • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
