Edge Bander - Night Shift | HU7 £15.94 per hour | Monday-Thursday Nights We're currently recruiting for an experienced Edge Bander to join a busy and well-established caravan manufacturing team based in the HU7 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Shift & Pay • Monday - Thursday Nights • Shift Hours: 5:30pm - 3:45am • Pay Rate: £15.94 per hour (includes £1.50 night shift allowance) • Long weekend every week - Friday off Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Edge Bander, your duties will include: • Operating edge banding machinery to apply edging to panels and components • Ensuring all finishes are clean, accurate, and meet required quality standards • Adjusting machine settings for different materials and specifications • Carrying out basic maintenance and fault identification on equipment • Measuring and preparing materials for processing • Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and precision • Supporting wider production teams where required • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace • Working to production targets and following team leader instructions Requirements • Previous experience operating edge banding machinery - essential • Experience within caravan, furniture, or modular manufacturing - desirable • Good attention to detail with a strong focus on finish quality • Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently • Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
