Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, fostering a positive, collaborative culture where staff feel valued and motivated. You’ll oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You’ll take responsibility for delivering an outstanding early years curriculum, supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. Building strong relationships with parents and carers will be central to your role, ensuring open communication and a shared approach to each child’s progress. You will also manage occupancy, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring the nursery operates smoothly and sustainably while maintaining exceptional quality of care. About YouYou are an experienced early years professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine love for working with children. You are confident in decision-making, calm under pressure, and passionate about raising standards in early years education.
