Key Responsibilities: • Support the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities as a Nursery Nurse. • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. • Monitor and assess children's progress and development. • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. • Build strong relationships with children and their families. Ideal Nursery Nurse • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. • Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse in a nursery or early years setting. • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their well-being and development.
