Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 2/3) • Hourly Rate: £15 - £18 or (Straight PERM) • Location: Godalming • Job Type: Full-time • Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner with CACHE Level 2/3 qualifications to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood education and eager to contribute to the development of young children. Day-to-day of the role: • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. • Plan and implement educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children. • Observe and assess children’s progress and prepare detailed reports. • Maintain open lines of communication with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being of children. • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures within the nursery setting. • Assist with meal times and routine hygiene tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: • CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education. • Proven experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role. • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team and with a range of professionals. • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards working with children.
