Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 Qualified) Location: Burnley Start Date: September 2026 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm Pay Rate: £14.63 per hour Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional? We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Burnley from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting young children's learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing environment. The Role: • Supporting children aged 0-5 years in their learning and development • Delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework • Promoting a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues • Assisting with observations, assessments and record keeping • Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development Requirements: • Level 2 qualification in Early Years/EYFS or equivalent • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework • A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer: • Competitive pay rate of £14.63 per hour • Consistent hours, Monday to Friday • Supportive and friendly working environment • Opportunity to make a real difference in children's early development • Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement If you are an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Burnley, we'd love to hear from you.
