Nurture Teacher (SEND) | Secondary School Salary: £34,398 - £48,913 per year (M1 – UPS1 Fringe) Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus for qualified teachers* Location: Surrey (including a satellite site as required) Hours: 40 hours per week Start: 8:15am Finish: Mon/Wed/Thu 4:45pm, Tue 5:00pm, Fri 4:00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-Time About the School: We’re proud to be recruiting on behalf of a new and growing SEND secondary school for young people aged 11–16. The Role: As a Nurture Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching and support to students with additional needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties.Some pupils may display challenging behaviours, so a calm, supportive and adaptable approach is essential.
