The post holder will hold a post graduate OH Specialist Practitioners Qualification (SCPHN) and have a minimum of two years practical experience within the specialty having developed specialist theoretical knowledge across a range of work procedures and practices. The post holder will deliver a range of OH activities making clinical judgements, provide technical advice and support as defined by their knowledge, skills and experience. They will plan and organise activities or programmes for their own area, of work; and work with the Team Leader / Senior Management Team on service changes impacting outside their own direct area of activity.
