We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business based in Cannock, who are looking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved across multiple areas of the business. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support across sales, fleet management, projects and HR. What's on Offer: • Salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Your birthday off each year • Quarterly bonus scheme (subject to company performance) • Profit share scheme • Private medical cover • Employee perks and benefits programme • A varied role with genuine opportunities to make an impact within a growing business As Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include: • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner • Providing administrative support for the company vehicle fleet, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating documentation • Assisting with the administration of projects from initial planning through to completion • Producing sales quotations • Supporting HR administration, including preparing and maintaining policies and procedures • Providing general office administration and supporting the wider business where required • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office We're looking for someone who: • Has previous experience within an administration or office support role • Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail • Can confidently manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines • Is proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved wherever needed • Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team • Has excellent communication and organisational skills • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems • Takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
