Office Administrator We are seeking a professional and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in a busy office environment. Key Requirements • Previous experience working within an open-plan office environment. • Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to take direction and follow instructions effectively. • Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a team. Duties Include • General office administration and clerical support. • Data entry and maintenance of company records. • Preparing and updating spreadsheets and documents. • Managing correspondence, filing, and document control. • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks. • Handling multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. Working Environment This is a professional business environment, and smart office attire is required at all times.
