Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, organised, and personable Office Administrator to join our client's well-established and highly respected business based near Colchester. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administration. Key Responsibilities: • Process cancellation paperwork accurately and update internal systems • Maintain an organised and up-to-date diary, ensuring schedules are well managed • Prepare weekly job sheets within required deadlines • Prepare and reprint rebooking forms as needed • Record weekly gains and losses figures for reporting to the Managing Director • Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office Skills & Experience Required: • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment. • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A confident, professional, and friendly manner • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic • Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.
