Job description

Our client is a fast-growing specialist recruitment group operating across Technology and Energy, they work with high-quality clients and contractors across the UK and are known for their professional, people-first approach. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key administrative support to our operations, contracts and finance functions. You will also assist with Payroll for contractors. The Role This is a varied and hands on role supporting the wider business. You will be responsible for general office administration, supporting contractor payroll, and working closely with the Contracts & Compliance Administrator to ensure processes run smoothly and accurately. Key Responsibilities: • General office administration and day to day business support • Supporting contractor payroll administration, including data checks and reporting • Assisting the Contracts & Compliance Administrator with contract and compliance processes • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases • Supporting finance administration and ad hoc reporting • Liaising with internal teams to resolve administrative queries Key Skills Required: • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills • Confident using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel • Comfortable working with data and supporting payroll or finance processes • Recruitment or professional services experience is beneficial but not essential What We Offer • Friendly, supportive working environment • Full training and support • A varied role within a growing Tech and Energy recruitment group
