Office Assistant Salary: £30-35k depending on experience Location: London Bridge Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday. Core hours are between 10am-4pm. This role will be full time office based Our client in the renewable energy sector is seeking a highly organised and professional Office Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of their London office while providing executive support to a senior leader. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Office Management • Manage the daily running of the London office, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment. • Coordinate with building management, contractors, and suppliers. • Oversee office supplies, refreshments, post, deliveries, and facilities. • Prepare meeting rooms and provide a welcoming experience for visitors. Executive Support • Manage a senior leader's diary, appointments, and scheduling priorities. • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and related logistics. • Process expenses accurately and within agreed timescales. Events & Administration • Coordinate internal events, team activities, and company gatherings. • Provide general administrative support, including HR onboarding activities and record management. • Assist with internal and external communications. • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Candidate Profile • Previous experience in an Office Assistant, Office Coordinator, Team Assistant, or similar role is beneficial • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent communication and organisational abilities. • High attention to detail with a proactive approach. • Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
