The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join a growing business at an exciting stage of its development. This is a varied role that will see you become a key part of the day-to-day operation, supporting office administration, purchasing, logistics coordination, customer enquiries and business systems. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in helping the business run efficiently as it continues to expand. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple priorities, confident using technology and eager to learn new systems, including a recently implemented ERP platform. Benefits • Salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm working hours • 28 Holidays including bank holidays • Join a growing and ambitious business with genuine long-term prospects • Varied and hands-on role with autonomy and responsibility • Supportive and friendly working environment • Exposure to international business operations • Opportunity to contribute to business improvements and process development • Full training and ongoing support provided Key Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day administration and organisation of the office • Coordinate collections, deliveries and logistics activities • Place orders for materials, packaging and other business supplies • Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email • Support goods-in and production-related administration • Maintain accurate records using business systems and databases • Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of a new ERP system • Support diary management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination for senior leadership • Liaise with suppliers, customers and external partners • Monitor administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Provide general support across the business to ensure smooth daily operations Role Requirements • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Administration, Operations Support or similar role • Strong organisational and time management skills • Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly • Experience using Sage or similar systems would be advantageous • Positive, adaptable and proactive attitude • Excellent attention to detail • Experience within manufacturing, production or distribution environments would be beneficial but is not essential This role would suit an organised individual looking to join a growing business where they can play a key role in supporting operations and contributing to future success.
