Part-Time Office Manager (Maternity Cover) East Molesey, KT8 | 25 Hours per Week Desirable salary dependant on experience Start Date: July 2026 About the Opportunity A growing and highly regarded business is seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to join the team on a maternity cover contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a small, professional team where no two days are the same. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while supporting HR, and office administration functions. The role offers flexibility, with the option to work either 3 full days or 5 part-time days per week. The Role You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational duties, including: HR & People Administration Coordinating holiday requests and maintaining attendance records Supporting employee onboarding and maintaining personnel files Assisting with probation reviews and staff review processes Administering employee benefits and HR communications Processing supplier invoices and reconciling purchase orders Managing supplier payment runs Chasing outstanding customer invoices Liaising with external finance providers and accountants Preparing payroll information including overtime, expenses, and travel time Maintaining payroll records and timesheets Office Operations Managing office supplies and general office upkeep Coordinating vehicle administration and company accounts Supporting client aftercare and service scheduling Assisting with company events and team activities Providing administrative support to Directors as required About You We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers and financial information A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Quick to learn new systems and processes Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing a varied workload independently What's on Offer? 25 hours per week with flexible working patterns Hybrid working options after initial training period Company laptop and phone Generous holiday entitlement (pro rata) Private healthcare after probation A varied and rewarding role within a supportive team Potential for the position to become permanent
