Job description

We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator/ Office Manager to join a growing business based in Nottingham. This is a varied role where you'll become the go-to person for keeping the office and day-to-day operations running smoothly. From facilities management and supplier coordination to project administration, health & safety and executive support, no two days are the same. Location: Nottingham (NG11 area) - Fully Office Based Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week The Role • Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the office. • Managing facilities, suppliers, IT equipment and office systems. • Supporting project administration and document management. • Assisting with health & safety compliance and office records. • Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team. • Organising meetings, events and travel arrangements. • Supporting continuous improvement across business processes. About You • Has previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Office Manager, Business Support or Senior Office Administration role. • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. • Can confidently manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Is proactive, resourceful and enjoys solving problems. • Is confident using Microsoft Office and business systems. Experience within professional services, consultancy or construction would be advantageous but isn't essential.
