Job description

Office Manager About Our Client Our client is a well-established independent Travel Management Company that has been delivering exceptional service or years. Built on family values, trust and respect, they have developed an outstanding reputation and a loyal client base through their personalised approach and commitment to service excellence. Based in West London, they offer a welcoming and collaborative working environment, with exciting plans for a full office refurbishment in 2027 as part of their continued investment in both their people and the future of the business. As they continue to grow, they remain committed to maintaining the close-knit culture that has been central to their success. The Role Due to continued expansion, our client is creating a brand-new Office Manager position to support the next phase of their growth. With plans to increase headcount over the coming years, this role will play a key part in ensuring the business operates efficiently while introducing greater structure and support across the organisation. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll oversee the day to day running of the office, acting as the central point of contact for office operations, administration, facilities, IT coordination and general business support. This is a varied, hands on role where no two days will be the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day to day running of the office, ensuring an organised and professional working environment. Provide administrative support to the leadership team and wider business. Manage office supplies, facilities, equipment and supplier relationships. Maintain company records, policies and internal documentation. Coordinate with external IT providers to support office systems and equipment. Act as the first point of contact for office-related enquiries. Support operational projects and help improve internal processes. Handle confidential business and employee information with discretion. Why Apply? This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business in a newly created role where you can genuinely make your mark. As the company's first dedicated Office Manager, you'll have the chance to shape how the role develops while becoming an integral part of the leadership support team. If you're an organised, proactive professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and is looking for a role where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you
