Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to support the smooth onboarding of learners and employers while ensuring all documentation, records, and processes are completed accurately and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring all learner records are audit-ready. The successful candidate will be a confident administrator with outstanding organisational skills, a meticulous approach to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Compliance
• Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for learners and employers, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
• Review learner and employer information, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and compliant before processing.
• Create, update, and maintain Individual Learning Plans, ensuring all amendments are communicated and documented appropriately.
Administration & Data Management
• Maintain accurate learner records and supporting documentation within internal systems.
• Produce reports, trackers, and administrative documentation as required.
• Manage electronic and manual filing systems, ensuring records are organised and compliant.
• Support enrolment activities and general business administration.
• Provide reception and front-of-house support when required.
Stakeholder Support
• Act as a key point of contact for learners, employers, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Build strong working relationships through professional and proactive communication.
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the review and enhancement of administrative and compliance processes.
• Support the implementation of new systems, procedures, and best practice initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities to maintain high standards of performance.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy administrative, compliance, onboarding, coordination, or customer service environment.
