Operations Coordinator • Location: Guildford, Surrey • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are excited to offer an opportunity for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing business in Guildford. This role is pivotal in coordinating the end-to-end operational planning process, ensuring efficient movement of products from suppliers through production to customer delivery. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate stakeholders, resolve operational challenges, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role: Production & Operations Planning • Develop and manage weekly production and operational schedules. • Coordinate supply requirements with suppliers and production partners. • Align production plans with customer demand and sales forecasts. • Monitor daily operational activity and respond to disruptions or changes. • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers in line with agreed schedules and service levels. Administrative & Office Support • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records. • Support supplier payment processes through effective stock reconciliation and administration. • Review existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. • Act as a key point of communication between internal teams and external partners. • Produce reports and maintain operational records as required. Stakeholder Management • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, production partners, and customers. • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain. • Promote a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to operational challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous experience in operations planning, production planning, supply chain coordination, or logistics. • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data and reconcile stock information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems. • Experience managing multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
