You'll lead from the front, creating an engaging shopping experience, building lasting customer relationships and ensuring the store is presented to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team. • Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance. • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating loyal customers. • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation. • Managing stock, store operations and compliance. • Recruiting, developing and retaining talented colleagues. • Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store. What We're Looking For You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within fashion, premium or lifestyle retail.
