This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to improve processes, drive operational performance and help build a scalable operation for future growth. What you'll need: Operations management experience within engineering, manufacturing or field service Strong commercial awareness and KPI management Experience improving operational processes and systems A hands-on approach with excellent leadership and communication skills What's on offer?
