As a Operations Operative, you will be working in our production facility, assembling LED vehicle lighting products. The work is varied: One day you could be assembling LED interior lighting, putting the different components together, the next day you could be tending to one of the machines, laser etching products, or loading and unloading our glueing robot. We will provide full training for any other skills required for the job role!The skills for this role can be taught, however our values are key - we Keep it real, we Make it happen, we Own it and we Bring the Zing Desirable CriteriaIf you already have experience in a production environment, operating machinery, or assembling products as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Warehouse Operative, Machine Operator, or in a similar role, this is a bonus but certainly not essential, we will provide full training here.
