Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office systems is essential, whilst training will be provided for in-house systems and processes such asSystmOne, etc. Previous experience of working within a busy outpatients service is desirable but not essential. You will need to demonstrate excellent communications skills, with confidence to speak to people sensitively and compassionately via phone calls and face to face, on a daily basis.
