PA to Head Teacher - September start with immediate interviews SW London Based Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, with occasional evenings (6pm - 8pm) for minute taking We are seeking a PA to the Head Teacher and Clerk to the Governors to join a dynamic educational setting in SW London. This role requires a highly organised and experienced individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support and effectively manage the minute-taking during meetings. The position is available immediately and will continue until the Easter break. Day-to-day of the role: • Provide administrative support to the Head Teacher, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documents. • Serve as the Clerk to the Governors, preparing for meetings, taking accurate minutes, and ensuring all governance documents are up-to-date and compliant. • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations within the school. • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Support the Head Teacher and Governors in ensuring effective communication across the school community. • Attend evening meetings as required for minute taking. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a PA and in minute-taking. • Ideally, possess a DBS on the update service. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with educational administration systems.
