Packing Operator Swindon (Onsite) Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week 6-Month Temporary Assignment £13.86 per hour + 22% Shift Allowance - £16.91 per hour Immediate Start Available About the RoleWe are currently seeking Packing Operators to join a busy production and packing team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. As a Packing Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the manual packing of filled vial products. • Adhere to gowning and cleaning procedures within the packing area. • Assist with material handling and the transfer of materials into production areas. • Monitor stock levels and ensure all materials are within expiry dates. • Carry out cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment and work areas. • Support packaging, labelling, line clearance, and in-process weight check activities. • Identify and report any quality or process non-conformances to the relevant team leaders. • Complete production documentation accurately and in line with data integrity requirements. • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance at all times. Shift PatternMonday to Friday Rotating shift pattern: • 07:00 - 15:00 • 15:00 - 23:00 What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements • GCSE-level Maths and English (or equivalent). • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to maintain concentration over extended periods. • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Desirable Experience • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, food production, manufacturing, or other regulated environment. • Basic understanding of GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity principles. • Experience following standard operating procedures and quality processes.
