Paediatric Sister / Charge nurse

The post holder will liaise appropriately with all key members of the multi-disciplinary team and service users related to the specialty. Working under the direction of the Senior Sister / Charge Nurse the post holder will: Be responsible for the delivery a high standard of individualised care for all patients. Ensure that care is appropriately planned, implemented and evaluated. Work with minimal supervision and take charge of the PAU / ward 21 on a daily basis Manage complex clinical situations, providing guidance, supervision and support to junior members of staff. Support the Senor Sister to monitor the safety and quality of care ensuring the provision of safe, quality care and treatment for patients which delivers the best clinical outcomes and patient experience.
