Key Responsibilities Prepare products for powder coating by cleaning and rubbing down surfaces. Load and unload parts for the powder coating process. Inspect components before and after coating. Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area. Support production schedules to meet deadlines. Assist with general labouring duties across the department. Follow all health & safety procedures and quality standards. Desirable Skills Previous experience in a paint shop, powder coating or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential). Practical, hands-on approach. Positive attitude with a willingness to develop new skills. Strong team player with excellent reliability.
