Location: Hybrid, Bradford (approx. 2 days in office)
Salary: £35,008 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm

Join our growing Legal Team as a Paralegal, providing high-quality legal support across property and commercial matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to real estate, housing, commercial contracts, governance and legal compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll be involved in everything from lease reviews and title investigations to legal research, contract drafting and supporting emerging legislative and regulatory developments. No two days will be the same.
What You'll Be Doing
• Manage a caseload of property, real estate and commercial contract matters
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, leases and title reports
• Support property transactions, title investigations and housing-related matters
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on legislative and regulatory changes
• Work with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to deliver practical legal support
• Maintain legal records, documents and contract databases
• Support governance, compliance activities, legal enquiries and business projects
Salary
Spot salary: £35,008 for applicants fully meeting requirements. If developing some skills/experience, start at 5% or 10% below with clear progression to full rate.
About You
Proactive and organised individual keen to develop your legal career in a varied, fast-paced environment. You'll have:
• Law Degree (LLB) or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL)
• Experience working within a legal environment, ideally paralegal or legal support role
• Experience or exposure to property law, real estate transactions or conveyancing
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong legal research, written communication and drafting skills
• Collaborative approach and ability to build positive working relationships
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proactive mindset, sound judgement and confidence to use your initiative
Interview Process
Stage 1 – A Place to Connect (3rd August, Teams)
Teams interview with hiring manager to discuss the role and get to know your experience and goals.
Stage 2 – A Place to Show Your Strengths (10th August, Bradford)
Role-related assessment and behavioural/scenario-based interview. Complete Customer Service Questionnaire in advance.
