Paralegal Court of Protection

A well established London law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Court of Protection team. This Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of Court of Protection matters, supporting fee earners across the day-to-day management of vulnerable client cases. The Paralegal will gain hands-on experience in financial administration, legal documentation and client support. The Company?The successful Paralegal will join a respected Court of Protection team within a London law firm specialising in supporting vulnerable clients and their families. The team provides structured supervision, ongoing training and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high quality client care. The RoleAs the Paralegal you will support Partners and fee earners across a varied Court of Protection caseload. The role will include: * Supporting Court of Protection matters from file opening through to ongoing management * Drafting correspondence, legal documents and client communications * Maintaining accurate electronic and paper case files * Liaising with clients, families, the Office of the Public Guardian and third parties * Managing incoming calls, emails and general queries * Assisting with financial administration and client account records * Supporting preparation of reports for the Office of the Public Guardian * Monitoring deadlines, diaries and compliance requirements * Assisting with billing, time recording and file management * Supporting general administrative and case progression tasks The Paralegal?You will have a genuine interest in Court of Protection work and a compassionate, client focused approach.
