Are you an experienced Paralegal looking for an opportunity to join the in-house legal team of a leading organisation on a high-profile strategic project?We're looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in London with three days a week in the office. The opportunityYou'll play a key role in supporting the Legal Team with the review of a significant commercial agreement, ensuring legal documentation is accurate, well managed and delivered within project timescales. What you'll be doing • Reviewing and analysing complex commercial contracts and legal documentation. • Supporting the Legal Team with contract reviews and document management. • Identifying and escalating legal risks where appropriate. • Assisting with drafting, version control and legal administration. • Working closely with internal stakeholders to progress documentation and project milestones. • Providing day-to-day support throughout this important legal project. What we're looking for • Previous experience as a Paralegal within an in-house legal team or private practice. • Experience reviewing commercial contracts and legal agreements. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and written communication. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and the wider Microsoft Office suite. • Law degree (LLB), GDL or equivalent legal qualification. • Insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
