Paraplanner – Bromley (office based) – Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications Are you a Paraplanner ready to take the next step in your financial planning career? Our client, a well-established and growing wealth management firm, is looking for a Paraplanner to join its friendly and supportive team. This is a genuine career-development opportunity. You'll work closely with experienced Financial Advisers and a Senior Paraplanner, with full support as you complete your Level 4 Diploma and build your technical knowledge across investments, pensions and protection. The role • Prepare accurate suitability reports and letters to target deadlines • Undertake comparative and technical research to support client recommendations • Support the Advisers in verifying the compliance and suitability of advice • Review clients' overall financial position from fact find information • Process ongoing client reviews in line with service standards • Liaise with the administration team on the implementation of new business • Investigate and respond accurately to client queries About you • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a paraplanning • Working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or already qualified) • A good understanding of financial products and services, including pensions and investments • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear technical commentary • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once • A genuine desire to develop a long-term career in financial planning What's on offer • Salary up to depending on experience • Full study support towards your Level 4 Diploma and beyond • Structured progression towards Senior Paraplanner • A collaborative, supportive team environment within a respected wealth management firm.
