Paraplanner Harrogate Up to £45,000 DOE Office Based NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Harrogate who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to join a well-established and client-focused business that prides itself on delivering a high level of service and building long-term client relationships. Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection. The Role Key responsibilities will include: • Writing detailed and compliant suitability reports • Conducting technical research and analysis • Preparing recommendation and review documentation • Supporting advisers with complex client cases • Liaising with providers and platforms to progress business • Assisting with annual reviews and ongoing client servicing • Ensuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards About You • Previous experience within a Paraplanning role is essential • Level 4 Diploma as a minimum, although those with Level 6 qualifications would be of most interest, and will be reflected in additional salary • Strong experience writing suitability reports • Good technical understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning products • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • Professional, personable and team-focused approach • Ability to manage workloads effectively within a busy environment What’s on Offer • Salary up to £45,000 DOE • Higher salary available for those with Level 6 Qualifications • Enhanced pension scheme • Death in Service cover • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays • Early finish every Friday • Friendly and supportive office environment • Opportunity to join a well-established and respected Financial Planning firm This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a supportive and collaborative business where technical expertise and client service are highly valued.
