The role:
• Producing suitability reports, annual review reports and portfolio reports via Intelligent Office
• Conducting technical research, analysis and illustrations to support advice
• Running cashflow analysis, risk profiling and investment analysis
• Acting as the main point of contact between providers and advisers on transfers, new business and policy administration
• Supporting HNW clients and attending client meetings alongside advisers
• Liaising with compliance and ensuring fees and commissions are accurately maintained
What we're looking for:
• Experince Paraplanning
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (CISI Level 4 / DipPP)
• Experience with Intelligent Office desirable
• Excellent report writing, research and analytical skills
• A structured, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
• Confident client communicator, comfortable managing correspondence and building trusted relationships
What's on offer:
• Salary up to £54,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Fully funded pathway to Diploma, Chartered, or Adviser roles.
• Clearly mapped career framework with regular reviews and mentoring.
• Hybrid working options 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
• Supportive, team-oriented culture with access to complex client work.
• Be part of a firm that grows talent from within – many current Advisers began in Paraplanning.
