With a close-knit team of advisers and support staff, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions while developing your technical expertise within a professional and friendly culture. The successful candidate will work closely with Financial Advisers, carrying out research, preparing suitability reports, and supporting the end-to-end client journey to ensure recommendations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. The Role: • Conduct whole-of-market research to identify suitable financial planning solutions • Analyse client information and interpret data gathered by Financial Advisers • Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters • Produce quotations and technical illustrations using industry research tools • Process new business applications and manage cases through to completion • Obtain outstanding information from providers and clients where required • Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements • Keep up to date with product, legislative, and regulatory changes • Support advisers in delivering an exceptional client experience • The Person: • Previous Paraplanning or technical support experience within an IFA practice • Strong understanding of financial planning products and whole-of-market research • Experience preparing suitability reports and processing new business • Good knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional approach • Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification
